Dr. Crump is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and graduated with special recognition from the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain for his interest and achievement in caring for craniofacial pain. He practiced in Spokane, Washington for two years prior to moving to Boise and purchasing Dr. DiGrazia's practice. Dr. Crump is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Idaho State Dental Association.

Steve enjoys volunteer opportunities such as his 2008 trip to Lima, Peru to provide dentistry for local children and missionaries for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

In his spare time Dr. Crump enjoys spending time with his family, biking, camping, hiking, fly fishing, and working on cars.
